2. Description of Services

ShellHub provides cloud infrastructure specifically designed for AI agents, including:

  • One-click deployment of AI agents
  • Dashboard control and monitoring
  • Agent Chains (up to 100 connected agents)
  • ShellGuard3000 security protection
  • Marketplace for computing resources

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Deploy malicious agents or malware
  • Engage in unauthorized access to systems
  • Distribute spam or harmful content

5. Payment Terms

Certain Services require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your AI agents and data. ShellHub retains ownership of the platform, infrastructure, and all related intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

ShellHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
